Persecution against Sindhi Hindus has been carrying on in
Sindh speedy and expeditiously for many years. Government-supported criminal,
tyrant, brutal and immoral feudal lords and their unofficially subordinate
police is responsible for this.
Kidnapping Hindus for getting large amount of money,
abducting youth Hindu girls for their sexual lust and robbing from houses and
shops of Hindus is common in all those areas, where they exist in Sindh.
On the eve of Eid-ul- Uzha , three Hindu doctors Ajeet, Naresh
and Ashok Kumar were gunned down in Chak town, near Shikarpur district and
fourth-one Satia Lal injured.
This incident reportedly happened due to continuation of
conflict with Hindus in area and local PPP leader and influential feudal Babal
Khan Bhayo’s community. Consequently, few days ago three Hindu boys have
reportedly been arrested after allegedly bringing a girl of Bhayo caste to the
area. A case of sexual assault was charged against them. It reported in
different newspapers at that time that alleged girl was only of seven years and
she was caught while going to a place of allegedly Hindu youth. Therefore,
charge of sexual assault against Hindu youths is completely unjustified and
baseless.
Local PPP leader and criminal feudal Babal Khan Bhayo was
extorting money from them, making threats of what could happen if they were not
paid amount of 1.5 million.
Mainstream media have reported about these cold-blooded
murders that culprits were “unidentified”. I don’t know why our media hide the
killers and their supporters?
The truth is that all people on the spot know the killers
with their names and main killer from them was Ghulam Mohammad, a member of
state-banned religious terrorist organization.
A leading Sindhi newspaper Awami Awaz reports that Qazi
Ghulam Mohammad is notorious in area as a sexual patient. Many girls of local
communities have become victims of his sexual assault and a lower Muslim caste
people of a Dayo Community have left city and their properties due to his
brutalities.
Ironically, FIR has been lodged against “unidentified men”,
though police know all about the killers. Up to writing these lines, real
killers of this tragedy are free and the people who are not connected with this
incident are behind the bars. It is all happening consciously on the basis of
hidden agreement among trajectory of government, police and feudal lords.
Undoubtedly, sardar Babal Khan Bhayo is mastermind of these
killings and if he would not be jailed and presented before law, there would
not be appearing any clue of justice with souls of deceased people.
Although Sindhi intelligentsia and civil society is on roads
against this incident, incumbent rulers have not paid heed to this matter
except issuance of statements.
This approach of our rulers reminds us that in the pure-land
of Pakistan all doors of justice are closed for those people who are not
“pure”.
We
condemn this incident and founders of all sorts of these incidents, i.e.,
feudal lords and chieftains of tribes and castes in Sindh. State-sponsored and
government-supported feudal lords are strongest elements of all evils in rural
Sindh and these handful criminal feudal lords have been deteriorating
centuries-old humanitarian, tolerated and peace-loving culture of the soil of Sindh,
at last but not least, we need to find a collective way of ending hatred and
exploitation and mindset that nurture these traits; we need to raise voice
against all the incidents of murder, rape, loot and arson, intolerant to
minorities and need to support their right to life. We appeal human rights
activists, humanitarian, democratic, peace-loving people and believers of
religious tolerance and harmony around the world to come forward and raise a
collective voice against the feudal class and all other dirty elements which
are a bad sign for mankind.
